Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands has appointed Jaskaran Bir Singh as Business Head for Simon Carter, effective February 2026. In this role, Singh will be responsible for building and scaling Simon Carter’s business in India across all sales channels. His mandate includes overseeing brand strategy, design, product, buying and merchandising, as well as retail operations.
Singh announced his new role via a LinkedIn post, sharing his excitement about returning to the Aditya Birla Group and leading the growth journey of Simon Carter in the Indian market.
Prior to this appointment, Singh spent nearly five years at Myntra, most recently serving as Associate Director, Chief of Staff from October 2024 to February 2026. During his tenure, he worked on strategic initiatives for the House of Brands, including monetisation, growth strategy, Myntra Ads and cross-border expansion projects.
Earlier at Myntra, he served as Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and before that as Deputy Director, Brand Management and Business Development. In these roles, he led the 0–1 journey for licensed brands French Connection and Kenneth Cole across online and offline channels for the Flipkart Group. He managed portfolio P&L responsibilities and drove revenue growth while spearheading business development for the licensing charter by onboarding national and international brands through long-term partnerships.
Before Myntra, Singh worked as Senior Manager, Business Development at Flipkart from June 2020 to April 2021.
Earlier in his career, he spent over four years at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited in multiple leadership roles across Van Heusen. As Product Manager – Menswear, he handled suits, blazers and trousers with an annual budget of ₹253 crore and managed product lines across eight distribution channels. He also served as Area Business Manager for Delhi NCR and Rajasthan, overseeing an annual business of ₹54 crore across 17 stores, and as Area Business Manager for UP and Bihar, managing ₹28 crore in annual business while driving retail expansion initiatives.
Singh began his professional career as an Associate Software Engineer at HARMAN International, where he worked on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto projects within the infotainment division.
