Freshworks has appointed Kady Srinivasan as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), strengthening its leadership team. With more than 15 years of experience across SaaS and AI-driven companies, Srinivasan has taken charge of Freshworks’ worldwide marketing strategy.
In her new role, Srinivasan has been entrusted with leading Freshworks’ global marketing efforts, with a focus on brand building, demand generation, and marketing efficiency.
She has been expected to play a key role in amplifying the company’s mission of delivering uncomplicated, AI-assisted service software that improves both customer and employee experiences.
Prior to joining Freshworks, Srinivasan has held senior marketing leadership roles at several technology and SaaS companies, where she has led growth, brand strategy, and go-to-market initiatives. Most recently, she has been associated with AI search platform You.com, where she has worked closely with teams building next-generation AI infrastructure.
Her appointment has come at a time when SaaS companies are increasingly focusing on efficiency, AI-led innovation, and stronger customer connections.
