Chat360, has partnered with Meta to enable WhatsApp Business Voice Calling. This allows enterprises to provide real-time voice communication directly within WhatsApp.

With WhatsApp Business Voice Calling added to Chat360’s conversational platform, businesses can offer immediate voice support alongside WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat. The feature works within Chat360’s system, which uses Agentic AI, Gen AI, NLP and automation.

According to the company this update is relevant for industries like retail, ecommerce, BFSI, real estate, healthcare, education and travel, where quick, personalised communication is important.

The feature is available now for all enterprise customers using the WhatsApp Business API via Chat360. Deployment does not require technical expertise due to Chat360’s low-code setup and built-in integrations. Brands can also adapt voice experiences to local languages through Chat360’s multilingual framework.

Chat360 enables WhatsApp Business Voice Calling through integration with Meta’s approved WhatsApp Business API, conversational AI flows, CRM/ticketing/ecommerce integrations, intent and sentiment analysis, automated routing and a security-focused infrastructure. This setup reduces manual work, increases efficiency and keeps customer interactions consistent across channels.

Sunnyraj Agarwal, Founder and  CEO, Chat360 notes, “WhatsApp being a globally preferred platform for messaging communication, this launch reaffirms the Chat360 mission: delivering the conversations that matter, on the right channel, at the right time, empowering businesses and elevating customer success globally. As official Meta Partners, we are even better positioned to help brands unlock the full potential of conversational commerce and customers.”
