Fossil Group has strengthened its India leadership team with the appointment of Priyamvada Jagia as India Brand Marketing Head for Armani brands, marking a notable shift in her career from technology marketing to luxury fashion brand positioning.
In her new role, Jagia will lead brand marketing for Emporio Armani and Armani Exchange watches and jewellery in India, as the global group continues to deepen its presence in the Indian luxury segment.
She announced this move in a Linkedin post.
Jagia’s appointment comes after she exited Xiaomi India, where she spent more than five years in various product marketing roles, most recently as Product Marketing Manager. During her tenure at Xiaomi, she played a central role in go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across smartphones, wearables, and audio products, helping drive key launches and engagement across ATL and BTL channels.
Before Xiaomi, Jagia also brought her marketing expertise to organisations such as PhonePe, 22feet Tribal Worldwide and Rasta, building her experience across digital strategy, brand positioning, and consumer engagement skills that are now set to be deployed in the luxury fashion space.
At Fossil Group, Jagia will be responsible for overseeing brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the Armani portfolio in India, including consumer engagement, storytelling, and cross-platform activations designed to expand reach and affinity among aspirational buyers.
