Your charging cable may not be able to fix your love life, but Ambrane is making sure it can at least survive it.
Ambrane has taken over three Delhi Metro trains with a playful outdoor campaign centred entirely on its charging cables. Instead of leaning into the usual tech advertising vocabulary of watts, speeds and specifications, the brand has turned familiar everyday situations, tangled cables, long workdays, relationships and the daily race for a metro seat into punchlines.
One of those lines is: “Unlike your ex, these don’t break up.” The heart-shaped cable visual, spotted across the Delhi Metro, turns cable durability into a relationship joke giving a fairly functional product a surprisingly emotional life.
The campaign’s humour works because the jokes are not completely detached from the product.
The “ex” line, for instance, is built around durability. Another execution plays on tangled wires and positions Ambrane’s tangle-free cables as the practical answer to a frustration most smartphone users know too well.

For the office crowd, Ambrane starts with a line that needs almost no explanation: ‘Longer than your 9 to 5.’
Then comes the daily battle for a metro seat: ‘Faster Than Your Sprint For The Metro Seat.’

So while the copy might make commuters stop and smile, each joke is doing a second job: quietly explaining why the product is different.
Ultimately, Ambrane’s campaign works by making a functional category feel more human and culturally relevant. By turning familiar cable frustrations into witty, everyday situations, the brand speaks naturally to Gen Z, millennials, young professionals and daily metro commuters showing that even a product as ordinary as a charging cable can become a conversation starter when the advertising understands how its audience actually lives.
