The campaign is aimed at singles looking for a more intentional approach to dating, with the creative focusing on the subtle signs that can make someone feel like the right person. Rather than portraying love through grand gestures, the film builds its narrative around quieter interactions and moments of connection.
The campaign comes shortly after Hinge introduced an India-specific product update designed to give users greater control, privacy and confidence while navigating the dating experience. The update includes a phased waitlist for some new members, along with features such as Face Check, Screenshot Protection and a Block List at onboarding.
Under the waitlist system, some new users are placed on a waitlist after creating their profiles. During this period, they can add photos, respond to prompts and complete profile verification before they begin matching and liking. The approach is intended to give users more time to build their profiles and enter the platform with greater intent.
Hinge has also introduced features including Signals, Comment Filter and Match Note as part of its broader product experience in India. Signals, launched earlier this year, highlights behaviours such as spending time on profiles, commenting on Likes, responding to matches and confirming dates, placing greater emphasis on consistent effort during the dating process.
The new campaign builds on Hinge’s broader storytelling approach of portraying relationships through authentic and personal experiences. The platform has previously used real couples and their stories in campaigns such as It’s Funny We Met on Hinge and No Ordinary Love, focusing on the different ways meaningful relationships develop.
