Smart kitchen appliance startup Beyond Appliances has raised Rs 110 crore in a Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), with participation from Dharana Capital and other investors.
The company will use the fresh capital to strengthen research and development, expand manufacturing capacity and enter new kitchen appliance categories. It plans to deploy the funds over the next 18–24 months as it scales its product and distribution footprint.
The company currently sells Android and Plug-N-Play chimneys, smart hobs and cooktops through its D2C platform, online marketplaces and offline retail. The fresh funding will support the development of new products as Beyond Appliances looks to build a broader smart kitchen appliance portfolio.
As per media reports, Beyond Appliances is expected to enter two additional kitchen appliance categories over the next three years. One of the upcoming launches is in the oven segment, which the company plans to introduce within the next nine to 12 months. Other reports indicate that it is also evaluating products in the microwave space.
The funding will also be used to set up a new manufacturing facility, with South or West India being considered as potential locations. The company currently operates facilities in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru and manufactures around 90% of its products in-house.
Alongside manufacturing, the company plans to increase spending on product engineering, embedded technology, connectivity and advanced sensing. The focus is on developing more connected kitchen appliances while increasing the pace at which new products can be taken from development to market.
Beyond Appliances currently generates around 60% of its sales through online channels, with the rest coming from offline distribution. Its offline presence covers Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and the company plans to expand into 10 additional cities over the next three years.
The company is also expanding its retail network, with around 300–400 customer touchpoints across general trade, alternate trade and exclusive outlets. It is targeting 1,500–2,000 touchpoints, while its exclusive-store network is also expected to grow.
Beyond Appliances recorded net revenue of Rs 40 crore in FY26, according to reports. The company has also reported that customer referrals contribute around 15% of its revenue, while its marketplace share has doubled over the past year. It is targeting Rs 500 crore in annual recurring revenue over the next three years.
