JW Marriott has released a new campaign film featuring its global brand ambassador, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, built around the idea of being present in the moment. Shot at JW Marriott Juhu, the film explores how everyday experiences, from sharing a meal to celebrating a wedding, become more meaningful when people give them their full attention.
The film opens with the question, ‘What makes a moment a moment?’ It follows Bachchan through a series of unhurried experiences, including conversations, meals, toasts and celebrations with loved ones. Rather than focusing on the hotel’s amenities, the film puts the spotlight on the people and experiences that make a stay memorable.
It closes with the line, ‘What makes a moment a moment is when you stay in it,’ bringing the film back to JW Marriott’s Stay in the Moment philosophy and its focus on well-being, connection and being present.

The campaign comes as wellness becomes a bigger consideration for luxury travellers. A 2025 study by The Luxury Group by Marriott International found that 90% of affluent travellers in Asia-Pacific considered wellness experiences an important factor in their booking decisions, up from 80% the previous year. The film taps into this shift by presenting travel as an opportunity to slow down and spend meaningful time with others.
