Mahendra Singh Dhoni has transitioned from his role as a strategic investor to become the official brand ambassador for House of Biryan (HOB). Dhoni initially joined the company’s cap table in early 2025. The brand states that this latest development marks an extension of that partnership as the company continues to expand its operations across multiple cities.

The company said it is targeting Rs 500 crore in revenue over the next four to five years. It added that its investor base includes individuals such as Shardul Thakur, Rannvijay Singha, and Amol Parashar, along with institutional investors like Al Siraj Holdings and Angel Star Ventures, as it continues to scale operations and strengthen global partnerships.

Speaking on the association, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, said, “Consistency under pressure comes from strong processes. HOB has built a model where quality doesn’t depend on the outlet or the time of day. That’s very similar to how high-performing teams operate in sport.”

Mohammed Bhol, co-founder of House of Biryan, said, “MS Dhoni represents everything we stand for: discipline, consistency, and performance at scale. His journey with HOB began as an investor who challenged our systems and numbers. His decision to step in as brand ambassador validates the strength of our operating model and our global vision for biryani.”
