Voltas has unveiled its latest campaign, “AC Jo India Ko Samjhe,” introducing the Zest AI AC range through a storytelling-led approach that combines familiar faces, real-life insight, and product innovation.
Conceptualised by Schbang, the campaign features Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor, leveraging their real-life mother-son dynamic to build a narrative around understanding and comfort. The films draw on a simple idea that while artificial intelligence is designed to know everything, the kind of understanding found within families, especially from a mother, remains unmatched.
The campaign positions Voltas’ new AC range as technology that goes beyond functionality, focusing instead on intuitive and personalised comfort. Through light, slice-of-life storytelling, the films translate product features into relatable, everyday situations, making the technology feel accessible rather than technical.
At the centre of the communication are three core features of the Zest AI AC range. AI Adaptive Cooling learns user behaviour over time to automatically adjust cooling levels, while Energy Manager Mode allows users to control and optimise power consumption. Geofencing enables the AC to detect user location and pre-cool spaces accordingly, aiming to deliver convenience aligned with daily routines.
The campaign also brings together the legacy of the Tata-backed brand with the cultural familiarity of the Kapoor family, creating a narrative built on trust, continuity, and relevance for a new generation of consumers.
