Gaurav Saravgi has been elevated to Managing Director – Investment Banking at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, where he will continue to lead investment banking initiatives and equity capital market transactions across sectors.

Saravgi has been associated with Motilal Oswal Financial Services since January 2021, when he joined as Executive Director – Investment Banking, a role he held until April 2026. In April 2026, he was elevated to Managing Director – Investment Banking.
Prior to joining Motilal Oswal, he spent more than 15 years at Centrum Capital as Senior Director Investment Banking and Head ECM from June 2005 to December 2020, where he was responsible for originating and executing equity capital market transactions across sectors and products.
Earlier in his career, Saravgi worked at Haribhakti & Co as Assistant Manager in the Management Services Division from 2003 to 2005, focusing on audit, compliance and mutual fund operations. Before that, he was Management Trainee at Clariant India from November 2002 to December 2003, where he was part of the company’s internal audit function.
