Lacoste and Roland Garros have launched an immersive retail takeover at Galeries Lafayette Mumbai, bringing together fashion, tennis and French luxury through a limited-period in store experience.
The activation coincides with the ongoing Roland Garros season and showcases the latest Lacoste x Roland Garros capsule collection alongside immersive window displays, a tennis inspired pop up and curated retail installations across the store.
The collection features ready to wear apparel, polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, bags and lifestyle accessories inspired by tennis aesthetics and contemporary French fashion. According to the brands, the collection combines sport inspired silhouettes with technical detailing and modern design elements aimed at both on court and off court styling.
The takeover highlights Lacoste’s long standing association with tennis and its partnership with Roland Garros, which spans over five decades. The capsule collection reinterprets traditional tennis dressing through updated fits, refined colour palettes and performance focused craftsmanship targeted at a younger consumer audience.
Galeries Lafayette Mumbai, known for housing international luxury and fashion brands in India, is positioning the takeover as part of its broader focus on immersive retail experiences and globally aligned fashion showcases for Indian consumers. The Lacoste x Roland Garros collection will be available exclusively at Galeries Lafayette Mumbai for a limited period during the Roland Garros season.
