UK based facial fitness brand FACEGYM has officially entered the Indian market through Reliance Retail’s omnichannel beauty platform Tira. The launch marks a major step in the brand’s global expansion strategy and comes after Reliance Retail Ventures made a strategic minority investment in FACEGYM in 2025. India is now positioned as an important growth market for the brand, supported by the country’s expanding beauty and wellness sector and rising demand for premium skincare experiences.

FACEGYM made its India debut with a shop-in-shop format at Tira, Kemp’s Corner in Mumbai. The format is designed to offer an experience-led introduction to facial fitness in a high energy retail environment, helping Indian consumers discover the category in a more accessible and interactive setting.

As part of its entry plan, the brand is set to expand into three key metro cities in the first phase, including Delhi, Hyderabad and Kolkata, through a mix of shop-in-shop formats and standalone stores over the coming months.

The brand’s India offering will include its globally recognised treatments such as Signature Hands and Signature Sculpt, along with targeted add ons tailored to different Indian skin and muscle needs. FACEGYM is also introducing structured multi session packages that are designed to support routine led use, improve long term outcomes and deepen customer engagement. This approach aligns with the growing preference among Indian consumers for performance led skincare and wellness services that deliver visible results.

Tira’s focus on discovery, education and experience led beauty retail provides a strong platform for introducing a new category to the Indian market. The launch reflects Reliance Retail Ventures broader push to shape the future of beauty retail in India through premium, service led and experiential formats.

Inge Theron, Founder, FACEGYM, said, “We train the face like you train your body, because your face has muscles too. There’s a clear move towards more intentional, performance-led beauty choices in India, and FACEGYM fits seamlessly into that shift.

Commenting on the launch, a Tira spokesperson said, “The launch of FACEGYM in India marks the introduction of a truly differentiated category at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and fitness. Built on consistency, technique, and visible results, FACEGYM has redefined facial care globally, and we believe Indian consumers are ready to embrace this innovative approach. Through Tira, we have the opportunity to introduce the concept to a highly engaged beauty audience, drive discovery through immersive experiences, and scale the brand meaningfully across the country.”
