Optimist Concludes ‘Cool Me Down Van’ Campaign, Bringing Its Cooling Solutions

Optimist concluded its ‘Cool Me Down Van’ campaign across Delhi NCR, bringing energy-efficient cooling solutions directly to consumers through live demos, real-world temperature checks, and on-ground engagement during the peak Delhi summer.

Optimist, a climate technology-focused cooling brand, has concluded its month-long ‘Cool Me Down Van’ campaign across Delhi NCR. The initiative was aimed at giving consumers a direct experience of the company’s cooling solutions during the summer season.

The campaign featured a glass-walled mobile van that allowed visitors to move from outdoor temperatures of nearly 50°C into an enclosed space maintained at around 24°C. The setup was designed to showcase cooling performance under high temperature conditions.

According to the company, the campaign included 43 activations across Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Greater Noida. It engaged more than 15,000 consumers, generated over 1,000 waitlist registrations, and resulted in early sales conversions.

The mobile experience included temperature displays, product demonstrations, interactions with company representatives, and QR code-based lead collection. The van was deployed across residential communities, corporate offices, technology parks, and shopping malls.

The campaign also served as a platform for gathering consumer feedback on factors such as cooling efficiency, electricity consumption, durability, and after-sales service. The glass-walled design attracted attention at multiple locations and encouraged visitors to experience the temperature difference firsthand.

The company stated that the campaign also generated user-created content and discussions on social media, helping extend its reach beyond the on-ground activations.

Speaking on the campaign, Ashish Goel, CEO and Co-founder of Optimist, said, “Cooling is one of those categories where consumers need to experience the product to truly understand the difference. Most air conditioners are evaluated through brochures, ratings and specifications, but real-world performance matters most when temperatures rise.” 

He further added, “With the ‘Cool Me Down Van’, we wanted to bring that experience directly to consumers and demonstrate what Optimist is built for real Indian summers, strong cooling performance and energy-efficient comfort.”
