Air India today announced the launch of its new India-focused brand campaign, ‘Change is in the Air,’ introducing a new creative expression, That’s Air India Now. The campaign highlights how passengers are experiencing changes underway across the airline’s domestic network, covering refurbished cabins, updated inflight dining, enhanced digital journeys, and Indian hospitality. The films present passenger reactions and a rediscovery of the national carrier through consumer voices.

The campaign comes at a time when Air India’s transformation is progressing, with 2026 positioned as the year when passengers will see visible change. Through five films, the campaign shows refurbished cabins across Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class; updated inflight dining; enhanced digital experiences including Vista Stream entertainment and improved connectivity; and Indian hospitality. Real passenger reactions and slice-of-life stories are used across the films. The campaign runs across television, digital, print, social media and T20 Cricket.

‘Change is in the Air’ reflects what passengers are experiencing as Air India moves into 2026: a renewed fleet, updated service, new menu, modern lounges, improved digital touchpoints and a broader global network. The airline continues its transformation under the Tata Group.
