LML Realty has launched a cinema advertising campaign in partnership with PVR INOX, taking its brand story to audiences across 81 screens in Gurugram and Faridabad. The campaign is aimed at entrepreneurs, manufacturers, investors and business leaders, introducing the company’s industrial infrastructure offerings while highlighting its evolution from a legacy mobility brand.
At the centre of the campaign is a cinematic brand film that traces LML’s journey since 1972. Beginning with the brand’s iconic scooters, the film transitions into its current identity as LML Realty, showcasing the company’s shift towards developing industrial infrastructure that supports India’s manufacturing sector.
The film culminates with LML Industrial Park at Jhirka Valley, the company’s flagship industrial development approved under the Haryana Government’s PADMA (Promoting Access and Development of MSME Advancement) Scheme. Through cinematic storytelling, the campaign showcases the park’s integrated industrial ecosystem, designed to help MSMEs establish manufacturing operations with modern infrastructure, policy-backed incentives and execution-ready facilities.
The campaign also introduces LML Realty’s Built-to-Suit Factory solution, which combines land acquisition, factory construction, statutory approvals and infrastructure under a single contract with a defined delivery timeline. Businesses can choose to either own their manufacturing facility or lease a ready-to-operate factory, offering flexibility for companies looking to expand operations.
In addition, the brand film highlights the benefits available under the PADMA Scheme, including financial incentives, infrastructure support and policy benefits aimed at encouraging industrial investment and reducing entry barriers for MSMEs in Haryana.
The campaign comes as LML Realty continues expanding its presence in North India following the announcement of its Rs 250 crore investment in the 45-acre Jhirka Valley Industrial Park. The company has also outlined plans to develop 100 industrial parks over the next decade, aligning its long-term growth strategy with the government’s Make in India initiative and the increasing demand for integrated industrial ecosystems.

While millions remember LML for its contribution to India’s mobility revolution, today we are building a new legacy by creating infrastructure that supports India’s manufacturing future. This campaign isn’t just about showcasing a project, it’s about communicating our evolution as a brand and our commitment to enabling MSMEs through integrated industrial ecosystems. Cinema offered us the perfect medium to tell this story in an immersive and emotionally engaging way.”
