Sanyukta Dutta has been appointed as Chief Strategy Officer at Ruder Finn India, where she will lead the Strategy Office and work across the agency’s portfolio to drive growth, create value and develop strategic opportunities for clients and teams.

Dutta brings around 20 years of experience across corporate and technology communications in India and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Ruder Finn India in August 2026, she served as India Practice Chair for Enterprise and Consumer Technology at Burson from November 2021 to August 2026.
Before Burson, Dutta worked at OPPO as the Corporate and Brand Communications Lead for APAC from February 2020 to August 2021. Earlier, she served as Director at BCW from March 2018 to February 2020, managing clients across consumer and corporate finance sectors while supporting business development across Malaysia and the region.
Dutta also spent over five years at Ogilvy Public Relations, where she held roles including Account Director and Partner between November 2012 and December 2017.
Before that, she worked at Weber Shandwick as Group Account Manager from November 2011 to October 2012 and at Vaishnavi Corporate Communications as Senior Manager from January 2006 to October 2011.
