Swiggy & Hero MotoCorp Partner To Offer Delivery Riders Two Wheeler Deals & Safety Training

Swiggy has partnered with Hero MotoCorp to provide its Food Marketplace and Instamart delivery partners with access to two wheelers at preferential prices, financing options and road safety training.

As part of the partnership, delivery riders can select a Hero MotoCorp model through the Swiggy app and access exclusive pricing at participating Hero dealerships. The initiative also includes financing options with loan to value of up to 90%, along with customized financing solutions and competitive interest rates.

The partnership also brings Hero MotoCorp’s Ride Safe India road safety programme to Swiggy delivery riders across India. The programme combines digital modules with instructor led practical sessions covering areas such as hazard identification, preventive riding practices, traffic rules, responsible riding and emergency response.

The two companies marked the partnership with a road safety training session for Swiggy delivery partners at Hero MotoCorp’s Traffic Training Park in Gurugram. Riders participating in the session received a safety kit containing a full face helmet, medical kit, reflective safety vest and certificate.

For delivery riders, access to a personal two wheeler can have a direct impact on how they carry out their work, particularly for those who depend on their vehicles for daily deliveries. The partnership therefore combines vehicle purchase benefits with financing and safety training rather than focusing only on vehicle discounts.

The purchase process has also been integrated into the Swiggy app. Riders can register their preferred Hero model through the app, after which the process connects them with Hero MotoCorp’s systems to access the applicable vehicle and financing benefits. Riders can also complete the purchase through a selected Hero dealership, where dedicated customer support will assist them through the process.

The partnership covers Swiggy’s Food Marketplace and Instamart delivery partners and is intended to address two practical aspects of delivery work: access to personal mobility and safer riding.

Speaking on the partnership, Saurav Goyal, Chief Operating Officer, Food Marketplace, Swiggy said, “Our delivery partners are at the heart of everything we do, and we remain committed to building solutions that support their professional growth and enable them to have a better future. Access to reliable personal mobility plays an important role in enabling delivery partners to improve their earning opportunities while ensuring convenience in their day-to-day work.”

He further added, “Through this exclusive partnership with Hero MotoCorp, we are making vehicle ownership more accessible with curated pricing, flexible financing, and a seamless purchase journey designed specifically for our delivery partners. We are hoping that the initiative will enable more delivery partners to join us and earn more.”

Ashutosh Varma, Chief Business Officer, Hero MotoCorp, said “At Hero MotoCorp, we believe mobility is a powerful enabler of opportunity and economic progress. Our partnership with Swiggy reflects our commitment to making reliable, affordable mobility accessible to India’s delivery partners, empowering them to enhance their earning potential while benefiting from Hero’s trusted products and extensive service network.”

He further added, “Equally important, by integrating road safety training into this initiative, we are reinforcing our commitment to safer roads and rider well-being. Together, we are creating holistic mobility solutions that supports livelihoods and promotes responsible riding.”
