PeopleStrong has appointed Adishri Charla as Senior Vice President – Marketing, as the HR tech company looks to strengthen its global brand and accelerate growth across key international markets.
In her new role, Charla will lead PeopleStrong’s global brand strategy and overall marketing initiatives, focusing on driving customer engagement and supporting the company’s expansion across India, Asia, the Middle East and emerging markets.
Charla brings nearly two decades of B2B marketing experience, having worked across both startups and global enterprises. She joins PeopleStrong from UiPath, where she most recently served as Director and Head of Marketing for India and SAARC. During her tenure at UiPath, she played a key role in the company’s growth from an early high-growth phase to becoming a category leader in the region, building integrated marketing strategies and strengthening brand positioning while driving community and customer engagement initiatives.
Before UiPath, she held leadership roles at Oracle and IBM, where she worked on go-to-market strategies, cloud and infrastructure marketing programmes, and global product marketing initiatives.

Charla holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and HR Development and has also completed executive programmes at Columbia Business School and the Indian School of Business (ISB). She is also known for advocating women’s leadership in the corporate sector.
