EBG Group has announced acclaimed actor Mrunal Thakur as the new face of Carlton Wellness, marking a key step in building India’s premium, regulated wellness-hospitality ecosystem. The partnership aims to bring holistic wellness and luxury experiences closer to modern Indian consumers.

Under this strategic partnership, Carlton Wellness is being developed as a premium, integrated wellness-hospitality platform offering combined clinical and experiential wellness services Ayurveda, naturopathy, mindfulness, and hydrotherapy tailored to Indian lifestyles, with a focus on longevity, preventive care, and quality of life.
Multiple Carlton Wellness Spa formats are already operational at select partner locations, while flagship retreats and resorts are in advanced stages in Ahmedabad, Indore, and Manipal. Expansion plans include key metros and Tier-1 cities such as Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Lucknow, Bangalore, and Manipal, with further growth across Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and NCR hubs.
EBG-Carlton projects revenues of Rs.80–120 crore in FY 2025–26, scaling to Rs.180–250 crore in FY 2026–27, driven by spa operations, retreats, resort bookings, wellness vacation homes, and curated wellness programs. Over the next five years, the platform aims to establish over 50 wellness touchpoints nationwide and emerge by 2029–30 as India’s largest regulated wellness network, with plans for international expansion in GCC and Southeast Asia.
