Infosys has acquired the digital consulting firm Optimum Healthcare IT, specialists in providing transformation services for healthcare provider organisations. The transaction is scheduled to finalise during the first quarter of the 2027 financial year.
According to the company, the acquisition will help Infosys expand its presence in the healthcare provider segment. By bringing in Optimum Healthcare IT’s existing clients and domain expertise, Infosys aims to strengthen its ability to deliver clinical and technology services to healthcare systems.
Following the acquisition, a wide range of Infosys services will be available to Optimum Healthcare IT’s clientele. This includes access to its AI tools and cloud platforms, along with support in infrastructure, application upgrades, and cybersecurity.
