Zyro India has launched a new digital video campaign featuring musician Karan Aujla to promote its zero sugar, zero calorie beverage. The campaign is built around the brand philosophy Nothing Unnecessary, highlighting simplicity, clarity, and mindful consumer choices.
The promotional film deviates from traditional, highly polished celebrity endorsements by adopting a deeply personal and introspective narrative. The video begins with rare childhood and teenage photographs of Aujla, leading into a stripped-back monologue focused on emotional honesty, minimalism, and personal focus.
As per the brand, the narrative focuses on his conscious decision to remove excess from his lifestyle, relationships, and self expression. This idea closely connects with the product’s zero sugar and zero calorie proposition, aligning the message with what the drink stands for.
According to the brand, through personal storytelling and modern lifestyle themes, Zyro aims to build a clear identity in India’s growing zero sugar beverage market. The campaign reflects a wider shift where youth focused brands connect with values and identity rather than traditional mass marketing. It closes with the line, ‘Drink Up Bro. Nothing Unnecessary’, reinforcing the brand’s culture led positioning.
Sharing his thoughts, Karan Aujla, Co-founder, Zyro India said, “Zyro is a reflection of how I see life. Keep it real. Keep it simple. No sugar, no calories, nothing unnecessary. That is not just a tagline, it is a mindset. Zyro stands for making conscious choices without compromising on taste or identity, and that is something I genuinely believe in.”
Viraj Bahl, Founder and Managing Director, VRB Consumer Products, added, “With Zyro, we are entering the beverage category with a clear point of view. Today’s consumers are actively choosing zero sugar options and cleaner labels as part of a more mindful lifestyle.”
“We are delivering clean, zero sugar, zero calorie hydration for a generation that demands authenticity and better choices. Zyro is designed to deliver flavour and functionality without excess, and ‘Nothing Unnecessary’ defines that philosophy from day one.”
