Denave has announced the appointment of Subir Mahapatra as President, Global Strategy, Sales and Marketing, marking a key leadership move as the company sharpens its global go-to-market execution and accelerates its next phase of growth.
Mahapatra brings over 25 years of leadership experience across IT, mobility, e-commerce, cloud, and staffing services. He has built and scaled global sales organizations, led complex enterprise engagements, and driven managed services across diverse geographies and partner ecosystems.
Prior to joining Denave, Mahapatra played a pivotal role at First Meridian Global Services, where he served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Businesses and led the Value Business vertical. Over more than six years, he focused on integrating people, processes, products, and technology to deliver measurable outcomes across large, multi-market programs. His work there was central to driving transformation across complex client engagements.
Earlier in his career, Mahapatra held senior leadership positions at Ingram Micro, AMD, and HCL, where he developed deep expertise in enterprise sales, partner-led growth models, distribution ecosystems, and large-scale customer management. His exposure to both technology and services businesses has shaped a leadership approach grounded in execution, partnerships, and long-term value creation.
At Denave, Mahapatra will oversee global strategy, sales, and marketing, with a mandate to sharpen go-to-market execution, deepen customer and partner relationships, and support expansion across international markets. His role will also be key in aligning Denave’s sales and marketing engines with its growing portfolio of AI-powered revenue solutions.
