GoKwik has launched Kwik Ship, an AI powered shipping and logistics solution aimed at helping direct to consumer brands automate delivery operations, reduce return to origin rates and improve post purchase customer support.
The launch comes as ecommerce companies and D2C brands face rising pressure around faster deliveries, shipment tracking accuracy and increasing customer service expectations. Logistics efficiency and last mile delivery performance have become key focus areas for online brands as order volumes continue to grow across India’s ecommerce market.
Kwik Ship uses shopper behaviour data and delivery related signals to automate shipping decisions and reduce manual intervention in logistics operations. According to the company, the platform analyses delivery success patterns across pincodes and routes shipments through carriers with stronger delivery performance in specific regions.
The platform also focuses on reducing failed deliveries and customer support queries linked to shipment delays. GoKwik said the system automates non delivery report management through WhatsApp communication, AI based calling and carrier escalation workflows. The company claims the system can reduce ‘Where is my order?’ customer queries by up to 40% while helping brands lower operational overhead linked to shipment tracking and delivery coordination.
The solution additionally includes reverse logistics management for returns and exchanges, along with analytics tools that track order to delivery performance. Brands can also use shipment tracking pages for customer engagement and repeat purchase opportunities.
According to GoKwik, brands using the platform have reported up to 20% reduction in return to origin rates along with lower manual workload across logistics operations. The company said Kwik Ship integrates with ecommerce platforms, warehouse management systems and shipping carriers including platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. The launch expands GoKwik’s product portfolio beyond checkout, payments and ecommerce engagement tools as competition increases among ecommerce enablement and logistics technology providers serving India’s D2C market.
Jayanth R, D2C Head, Bombay Shaving Company stated “Shipping used to be one of our biggest operational blind spots – we’d only hear about problems after a customer complained. With KwikShip’s end to end analytics and AI native escalation system, issues get flagged and routed before they become complaints. Our customer service overall improved significantly. We are now together building a true hyperlocal experience for D2C. Really excited!”
Chirag Taneja, Co-founder and CEO of GoKwik, said, “D2C brands are bleeding money on logistics inefficiencies that most platforms treat as operational overhead. We see shipping as a strategic growth lever. Kwik Ship doesn’t just move packages from point A to point B. It deploys AI agents that understand shopper behavior, predict delivery outcomes, and intervene autonomously to improve success rates. We’ve built this on the largest commerce network in India, and that network intelligence creates a compounding advantage for every brand that joins the platform.”
