Century Real Estate has launched a new campaign for Century Immencity, its upcoming 50+-acre mixed-use development on Airport Road in Jakkur, North Bengaluru. Built around the theme ‘It’s All Happening Here,’ the campaign positions the project as an integrated destination for retail, hospitality, dining, entertainment, culture, and business.
The campaign has been rolled out as a 360-degree effort across IPL, digital, and out-of-home channels. Ahead of the launch, Century Real Estate also ran a teaser campaign across Bengaluru featuring cryptic billboards and visuals centered on lifestyle, dining, retail, and social experiences, aimed at building awareness and curiosity around the project.
Century Immencity Brings Global Lifestyle Experiences to Bengaluru
The campaign film adopts a global storytelling approach, featuring Hong Kong-inspired dining, Vienna’s ballet and opera culture, Parisian luxury ateliers, live music from the United States, Scandinavian design, and Japan’s cherry blossom landscapes. These elements are brought together within Century Immencity, positioning the development as a destination built around a globally inspired lifestyle and cultural experiences.
The film also showcases several planned spaces within the project, including the Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall, Culture Atelier, and hospitality offerings. Through these spaces, the campaign highlights the project’s mix of workspaces, retail, food and beverage outlets, cultural venues, and event destinations.
Century Immencity Uses AI to Build a Global Campaign Narrative
A notable aspect of the campaign is its use of AI-led production techniques. According to the company, artificial intelligence was used to create and integrate cultural references from around the world into a single visual narrative, enabling the production of a large-scale, destination-focused campaign film.
