GoKwik has announced a partnership with Aman Gupta, co-founder of boAt and investor-judge on Shark Tank India, for its first-ever brand campaign.
The campaign is built around a shared belief that in e-commerce, every second of delay can cost brands a customer. Through the collaboration, GoKwik aims to bring attention to the challenges online brands face in converting shoppers and retaining customers despite investing heavily in customer acquisition.
For the past five years, GoKwik has positioned itself as a growth infrastructure platform for ecommerce brands, helping businesses improve conversions, reduce returns, and drive repeat purchases. The company says the campaign marks its introduction to a broader audience.
The campaign film uses humour to highlight the impact of delays on consumer behaviour. It places Gupta in a series of frustratingly slow situations, drawing a parallel between everyday waiting and the friction shoppers experience while making online purchases.
GoKwik currently works with more than 15,000 brand partners, including Mamaearth, Levi’s, Plix, Rare Rabbit, boAt and Shoppers Stop.
The company says it has processed more than 500 million orders across a shopper network of over 200 million consumers. According to GoKwik, brands using its platform have recorded revenue growth of 20% to 40%, driven by improved conversions and customer retention rather than increased marketing spend.
Explaining his association with the platform, Aman Gupta said “I have always liked what Chirag and the GoKwik team have built. The way Chirag thinks about e-commerce problems, the conviction with which he has built this, is rare. What started as a cash on delivery solution has quietly evolved into something much bigger and more important for Indian e-commerce. Most founders think growth comes from spending more money, but that is not always true. Sometimes growth comes from removing friction – and that is exactly what GoKwik is solving, by helping brands convert better, get more repeat customers, and grow kwik-er. GoKwik se zyada quick, chance hi nahi hai boss.”
Commenting on the partnership, Chirag Taneja, Co-Founder and CEO of GoKwik, said “Aman doesn’t slow. Neither do we. He has built and backed companies at a pace that defines a generation of Indian entrepreneurship, and he understands this problem because he has lived it. So for us at GoKwik, this isn’t just a celebrity endorsement but a deeply shared conviction”
