AI-driven music technology startup Tringbox has raised Rs 5 crore in a seed funding round led by Nikhil Gandhi through GIPL. The round also saw participation from MGB Family Office, Paytm Chief Business Officer Narendra Singh Yadav, and other angel investors through One Love Technologies, the startup’s parent company.
Founded by Amandeep Singh Chawla, Tringbox spent its first year in stealth mode developing its core technology, conducting pilot deployments, and refining its product. The company currently operates across more than 30 premium venues in India, including cafés, gyms, salons, restaurants, clubs, retail stores, and clinics.
AI-Driven Music Platform For Commercial Spaces
Tringbox is building an AI-powered platform designed to manage and adapt in-store music for commercial establishments. The system adjusts music selections based on factors such as venue type, weather conditions, temperature, humidity, time of day, and day of the week, rather than relying on fixed playlists.
At the centre of the platform is the company’s proprietary Hybrid Neuro Symbolic Music Engine, which analyses factors including tempo, rhythm, loudness, energy, spectral balance, and harmonic stability. The technology is designed to align music choices with the environment and requirements of different commercial spaces.
The startup has also received support through NVIDIA Inception and AWS startup programs, gaining access to AI tools, technical resources, and startup credits worth approximately ₹1 crore to support product development and infrastructure expansion.
Expansion Plans And Business Growth
Tringbox positions its platform as a music management solution for multi-location businesses, enabling brands to manage music across outlets through a centralised dashboard. The system also provides monitoring capabilities, volume management, and operational controls designed for commercial environments.
Alongside its enterprise offering, the company operates a consumer-facing platform that enables customers to request songs through QR codes at restaurants, bars, clubs, and entertainment venues. These requests are evaluated through an AI-based system that considers venue preferences and ambience before approval.
With the fresh capital, Tringbox plans to accelerate product development, expand its intelligent speaker network, and increase deployments across commercial venues in India. The company is targeting growth across retail, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, and other sectors that rely on curated in-store audio experiences.
Amandeep Singh Chawla, Founder of Tringbox AI, said, “At Tringbox, we believe music is not just content; it is infrastructure. Wherever there is a speaker inside a commercial space, the music playing through it should be powered by Tringbox. This round brings us closer to building a global speaker network that understands people, places, and moments in real time.”
