L’Oréal India has appointed Aditi Krishnan as its new Head of External Communications, marking a significant leadership addition to the company’s communications function.
Krishnan announced the move through a LinkedIn post, describing it as the start of a new chapter in her professional journey. In her new role, she will lead external communications for L’Oréal India, overseeing corporate reputation, media relations, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement for the beauty and personal care major.
Before joining L’Oréal India, Krishnan served as Director of Communications at Netflix India, where she played a key role in shaping the streaming platform’s communications strategy across India and South Asia. Over the years, she has built extensive experience across corporate communications, brand storytelling, public relations, and reputation management.
Krishnan brings nearly two decades of experience spanning sectors including entertainment, technology, consumer brands, and corporate communications. Prior to Netflix, she held leadership positions across several global and Indian organizations, building expertise in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement.
Her appointment comes as L’Oréal continues to expand its presence in India’s fast-growing beauty and personal care market. Effective corporate communications and brand storytelling have become increasingly important as global beauty brands navigate evolving consumer expectations, digital-first audiences, and growing conversations around sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity.
In her LinkedIn announcement, Krishnan expressed enthusiasm about joining the company and contributing to its next phase of growth, highlighting the opportunity to work with one of the world’s most recognized beauty brands.
