Vashi Integrated Solutions has appointed Pitchfork Partners Strategic Consulting as its strategic communications partner. The mandate includes corporate communications, media engagement, and brand visibility.
Originally established as Vashi Electricals Private Limited as a supplier of electrical components, the company has expanded its business over the years into a technology-enabled B2B procurement and sourcing platform with multi-category offerings and a pan-India presence. It now serves industries including manufacturing, infrastructure, and energy.
The company rebranded as Vashi Integrated Solutions to reflect its broader procurement and sourcing capabilities beyond electrical products. According to the company, it has served more than 2 lakh customers since its inception through its procurement network and service operations across India.
The communications partnership is intended to support Vashi’s corporate positioning and increase its visibility as it continues to expand its presence in the B2B procurement market.
Commenting on the partnership, Suraj Dodeja, CEO, Vashi Integrated Solutions, said: “What we have built today is far more expansive than where we began. It is a business that has earned the trust of its customers by delivering consistently, across every commitment we’ve made. As Vashi continues to evolve and expand, this partnership will help us communicate that journey with greater clarity and consistency.”
He further added, “Strategic communication plays an important role in strengthening visibility, deepening stakeholder engagement, and supporting the next phase of our growth.”
Sharing his views on the partnership, Jaideep Shergill, Co-Founder, Pitchfork Partners, said: “Vashi Integrated Solutions represents a modern evolution in India’s sourcing and procurement needs, blending tradition, technology-driven capabilities, and a customer-first approach. We look forward to collaborating with a company that has consistently driven business growth across the industrial, infrastructure, and energy sectors for more than four decades.”
He further added, “We aim to create a clearer and more prominent corporate narrative that reflects Vashi’s scale, innovation, and long-term vision.”
