Electronics retailer Croma has partnered with Onsitego, appointing its subsidiary Qdigi as the exclusive authorised service partner for its Own Label appliance portfolio across India. The collaboration is aimed at enhancing after-sales support by offering customers a unified service experience spanning installation, repairs, maintenance and spare parts management.
The partnership covers Croma’s growing portfolio of private-label products, including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, televisions and small domestic appliances. According to the companies, the collaboration is designed to provide customers with greater visibility throughout the service journey while improving turnaround times and service accessibility nationwide.
Following a six-month operational transition and technology integration, Qdigi has taken over the end-to-end after-sales service ecosystem for Croma’s Own Label products. The service framework is built around expanding nationwide reach, improving repair efficiency and leveraging technology to streamline customer support.
As part of the collaboration, customers will have access to a service network of more than 550 centres across the country. The companies said centralised spare parts warehousing, optimised logistics and partnerships with leading spare parts distributors are expected to reduce repair turnaround times and improve first-time resolution rates.
