Lighthouse-Backed Ferns N Petals (FNP) crossed Rs 1,000 crore in revenue, marking a milestone as the gifting and celebrations company prepares for a planned initial public offering (IPO) by the end of calendar year 2028, subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions.

The company is targeting revenue of around Rs 1,400 crore in FY27 and aims to build a Rs 2,200 to 2,400 crore business before its public listing.

The company said it has remained profitable for over three decades and reported an EBITDA margin of around 3% in FY26. Alongside revenue growth, FNP is focusing on improving operational efficiency through investments in technology, supply chain capabilities and fulfilment infrastructure. Its network currently includes more than 300 retail stores, with plans to expand to nearly 350 outlets by FY28 through a mix of company-owned and franchise-led stores.

FNP Expands Fulfilment Network and Quick Commerce Business

As part of its growth strategy, FNP is strengthening its fulfilment ecosystem with dark stores, central kitchens, cake fulfilment centres and hybrid company-operated formats to improve delivery speed and service consistency. The company is also investing in AI-driven product discovery, inventory management and logistics to support personalised customer experiences while improving margins.

Quick commerce has become an increasingly important part of the business, with revenue growing from Rs 8 crore in FY25 to Rs 65 crore in FY26. FNP expects this segment to reach around Rs 125 crore in FY27 and eventually contribute 20 to 25% of its overall revenue.

International Expansion and IPO Readiness Drive Next Growth Phase

Beyond India, FNP is expanding its presence across the Gulf region, building on operations in the UAE and Singapore while strengthening its footprint in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The company is also evaluating opportunities in additional Gulf markets and Malaysia as it looks to grow its celebrations business internationally.

Looking ahead, FNP said it will continue to focus on profitable growth, technology integration, supply chain control and curated product offerings as it prepares for a potential IPO. The company also indicated that it will evaluate strategic acquisitions to expand its presence across the celebrations and gifting ecosystem.

Pawan Gadia, Global CEO & Director, FNP, said, “Crossing Rs 1,000 crore in revenue is an important milestone, but its real significance lies in what it represents: three decades of building trust, formalising a category and continuously reinventing how people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. FNP is not simply an e-commerce business.”

He further added, “We are building a global celebrations ecosystem, supported by profitable growth, strong omnichannel capabilities, technology-led personalisation and end-to-end control of the customer experience. As we prepare for our IPO, our focus is on creating a scalable, future-ready business that can lead the next phase of this category in India and globally.”
