As brands increasingly shift towards creator-led marketing during major cultural events, IPL is emerging as more than just a sponsorship platform. Influencer marketing agency Creatorcult recently demonstrated this trend by activating over 1,300 creators for Aashirvaad High Protein Atta, generating more than 68 million views through a campaign built around everyday nutrition.

Rather than centring the campaign around celebrity endorsements, the activation relied on a mix of 300 micro creators and 1,000 nano creators, reflecting a broader industry move towards creators who can drive authentic engagement and regional conversations at scale.

Built around the phrase “Kya Kha Ke Aaya Hai?”, the campaign connected a familiar expression associated with strength and performance to the idea of protein-rich everyday meals. The messaging positioned Aashirvaad High Protein Atta as an everyday nutrition choice for active families and growing children while leveraging the heightened attention surrounding the IPL season.

Creatorcult said the campaign combined family-focused storytelling, product demonstrations, healthy lifestyle content and fitness narratives through micro creators, while nano creators helped amplify the message across local communities and smaller audiences.

Regional-language content also formed a key part of the campaign, allowing the brand to tailor its messaging across different markets and improve relevance among diverse consumer groups.

According to the agency, the campaign generated over 68.18 million views, 307,000+ likes, and 25,000+ comments across social media platforms. Creator activations were executed within a two-day window during the IPL season, allowing the campaign to ride the momentum of one of India’s biggest sporting events.

Commenting on the campaign, Shweta Kaushal, Co-Founder, Creatorcult, said “IPL offered the perfect cultural moment to connect conversations around sports, energy, and everyday nutrition. Through a combination of authentic micro-creator storytelling and large-scale nano amplification, we were able to create meaningful visibility for Aashirvaad High Protein Atta and demonstrate how influencer ecosystems can effectively bring together trust, regional relevance, and scale.”
