Kinshuk Gupta has left Tata Consultancy Services as Chief Communications Officer (CCO), around 10 months after joining the IT services company. According to a source familiar with the matter.
Gupta joined TCS as Chief Communications Officer in November 2025, following a career spanning corporate communications, corporate affairs, public relations and media relations across the technology, telecom and consumer healthcare sectors.
Before joining TCS, Gupta served as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications at Airtel from September 2022 to December 2025. Earlier, he was Head Corporate Affairs for the Indian Subcontinent at GSK Consumer Healthcare India from April 2022 to September 2022.
Gupta previously spent several years with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. His roles included Head of Communications and CSR, and Lead, Corporate Communications.
Before that, Gupta worked at Airtel as Head Corporate Communications from February 2012 to March 2016. Prior to that, Gupta worked at Edelman India as Account Director from November 2009 to February 2012. He also held roles at Hanmer MSL Communications, IPAN Hill & Knowlton and Max Healthcare.
Before that, Gupta worked at Vaishnavi Corporate Communications as Manager Client Servicing from October 2001 to May 2005. Prior to that, he served as Senior Executive at Protech India from April 2000 to October 2001.
