KFC Global has appointed Amy Ellis Durini as its Global Chief Brand Officer, effective November 1, 2026. She will report to KFC Global CEO Scott Mezvinsky.
In the newly created role, Durini will oversee KFC’s global brand strategy, including brand, loyalty, retail, new concept development and innovation. She will also work with KFC’s marketing leaders across markets as the company looks to evolve its brand expression and consumer experience globally.
Durini joins KFC from Taco Bell International, where she served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. During her tenure, she worked across markets on marketing, digital, value and consumer experience initiatives, and was involved in campaigns and brand moments including Encore Hours, Crossbar Bong, Live Más Club and Taco Con.
Durini first joined Taco Bell in 2021, following eight years with KFC Global and KFC Latin America & Caribbean. Her return to KFC comes as the brand creates a dedicated global role focused on its overall brand strategy and development.
