Manoj Gangadhar Chellani has joined Address Maker as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), where he will lead the company’s growth strategy, business expansion and real estate operations.
Chellani announced the development through a post via LinkedIn.
He joined Address Maker in June 2026 after spending nearly seven years at Arvind SmartSpaces across multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer (CBO) from June 2024 to June 2026,
Prior to that, he was Chief Sales and Marketing Officer from April 2023 to June 2024, Chief Sales Officer from April 2021 to July 2023 and National Sales Head from August 2019 to March 2021. Before joining Arvind SmartSpaces, Chellani worked at Runwal as Vice President Sales from September 2017 to August 2019.
Earlier, he spent over two years at Radius Developers, serving as Assistant General Manager Sales from May 2015 to March 2016 and General Manager Sales from April 2016 to September 2017. He also worked at Lodha Group as Associate General Manager Marketing from June 2014 to May 2015.
Prior to entering the real estate sector, Chellani served as Operations Manager at Tech Mahindra Business Services from June 2011 to May 2014. Earlier, he worked at Intelenet Global Services as Team Manager from September 2010 to June 2011 and Team Leader from July 2007 to August 2010.
Before that, he was Senior Team Leader Operations at i2c World from October 2005 to February 2007 and worked as Senior Executive at BT Infonet India from August 2004 to September 2005.
