Rajeev Chugh has joined Ageas Federal Life Insurance as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he will lead the company’s financial strategy, governance and value creation initiatives across the business. Chugh announced the development through a post via LinkedIn.
Chugh joined Ageas Federal Life Insurance in May 2026 after serving as Chief Financial Officer at Generali Central Life Insurance from September 2024 to May 2026, where he worked on financial management and IFRS 17 implementation.
Prior to that, he worked at GIG Gulf as Head of Financial Control from August 2022 to September 2024 and at AXA Gulf in the same role from March 2019 to August 2022, overseeing financial controls and reporting operations.
Earlier, Chugh spent more than 11 years at Aegon Life, where he served as Chief Financial Officer from April 2013 to February 2019 after previously working as Financial Controller from January 2008 to March 2013. Before that, he worked at AXA as AVP Finance from August 2004 to January 2008. Earlier in his career, he held finance and audit roles at PwC, Deloitte, P. Raj & Company and Vinod K. Mehta & Co.
