Agoda has rolled out its latest campaign ‘What a Save!’, positioning discounted hotel bookings at the centre of its communication strategy. The campaign offers up to 50% off on domestic stays and is aimed at capturing value-conscious Indian travellers through a digital-first approach.
Conceptualised by 22feet, the campaign is built around a series of digital films that use humour and situational storytelling to highlight the idea of smart travel decisions. The messaging aligns with a broader consumer insight that Indian travellers are increasingly deal-driven, with pricing and value playing a central role in booking behaviour.
The campaign extends beyond films through collaborations with creators such as Aparshakti Khurana, Raghu Ram and Rajiv Lakshman, as well as Gajraj Rao. These partnerships are intended to amplify reach across social platforms and tap into diverse audience segments through influencer-led content.
Distributed across Meta platforms, YouTube, and other digital channels, the campaign focuses on visibility and engagement within online ecosystems where travel discovery and booking decisions are increasingly taking place. The digital rollout reflects Agoda’s emphasis on performance-driven marketing and targeted audience reach.
Gaurav Malik, Country Director India, Agoda, said, “With the new ‘What a Save!’ campaign, we’re blending humor with genuine value. Agoda aims to make travel planning as enjoyable as the journey itself. Wherever travelers venture, booking with Agoda ensures they’ll be amazed and exclaim, ‘What a Save!’.”
Shyam Nair, Executive Creative Director, 22feet, said, “There are savings. And then there are the savings you get with Agoda. That simple distinction gave us a sharp creative springboard. Instead of staying within the familiar, templatised world of celebrity-led humour, we stretched the idea of ‘saving’ into an unexpected territory where the scale and drama could be exaggerated to the point of absurdity. This campaign was a journey in experimentation, and none of it would have happened without all the brilliant folks who brought it to life.”
