abcoffee has raised Rs 61 crore, or about $6.4 million, in a pre Series B funding round led by Kliff Ventures. The round also saw participation from Hero Enterprise Partner Ventures, Merisis Venture Fund and Stride Ventures. With this round, the company’s total funding has crossed $11 million, including its earlier $3.4 million Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners.
The fresh capital will be used to expand abcoffee’s presence across Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru, while also supporting its push into new markets. The company plans to direct part of the funding towards strengthening technology, customer engagement, subscriptions, supply chain systems, product innovation and backend infrastructure.
The startup has been expanding its product mix with newer offerings such as Matcha and Procaff, a protein coffee line aimed at the growing wellness and functional beverage segment. It has also launched abcircle, a rewards platform built to improve customer engagement and repeat purchases.
Founded in 2022 by Abhijeet Anand, abcoffee positions itself as a tech enabled grab and go coffee chain focused on making premium Indian coffee more affordable and accessible. The company currently operates more than 90 outlets across Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.
According to the report, abcoffee claims that its revenue doubled year on year in FY26 and that store level EBITDA rose 193.2%. The company also said around 60% of its customers return for repeat purchases, while about 54% of takeaway orders come through its app. Its digital subscription ecosystem contributes nearly half of all app orders and reportedly pre sells more than 40,000 cups every month.
