Sunaina Haldar has been appointed as Director Marketing at Faber-Castell India. In this role, she will lead marketing strategy and brand development, focusing on strengthening the company’s market presence and driving growth across its portfolio.
Haldar announced the appointment through a post on LinkedIn.
Previously, she worked at ADF Foods, where she served as Head of Marketing India and International from December 2024 to December 2025, and earlier as Head of Marketing India from April 2024 to December 2024. She also worked as Fractional CMO India from January 2024 to March 2024 and as Fractional CMO for various startups from March 2023 to March 2024.
Earlier, she served as Vice President Marketing at SleepyCat from April 2022 to March 2023. Before that, she worked at Tata Consumer Products as Head of Marketing, NPD and CRM for Tata SmartFoodz from November 2019 to March 2022.
Haldar was associated with The Hershey Company from May 2017 to November 2019, where she served as DGM Marketing Hershey’s Kitchens Portfolio from May 2017 to March 2019 and later as DGM Marketing Hershey’s Chocolates from April 2019 to November 2019.
Prior to that, she worked at Vodafone as DGM Marketing High Value Consumer Segment from May 2016 to May 2017. She also worked at General Mills as Brand Manager Sweet Snacks from April 2015 to May 2016 and earlier as Manager Consumer Insights AMEA from December 2012 to March 2015.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with IMRB International from December 2008 to December 2012, where she held various roles. She previously worked as Wealth Manager at ICICI Bank from July 2007 to December 2008.
