Ajith Madhavan has joined Genpact as Vice President, marking his return to the company after previously serving in a leadership role earlier in his career.
Madhavan announced the development through a post via LinkedIn.
Madhavan joined Genpact in May 2026 after spending more than three years at Allianz across operational leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Financial Business Services for India from December 2025 to May 2026 after previously working as Service Delivery Lead from November 2022 to December 2025.
Prior to Allianz, he worked at Treeline Business Solutions as Project Head from January 2021 to November 2022. Earlier, he spent over four years at Maersk Line as Regional Manager Procure to Pay NAM from October 2016 to December 2020.
Before that, Madhavan worked at IBM as Delivery Manager F&A Operations from May 2009 to October 2016 and earlier at IBM Global Process Services as Deputy Manager from October 2005 to July 2007.
He was previously associated with Genpact as Manager F&A Operations from July 2007 to April 2009. Earlier in his career, he worked at ACS as Team Lead from January 2004 to October 2005 and at Accenture as Team Lead from January 2001 to January 2004.
