Incuspaze has appointed Amit Ghoshal as Managing Director – Enterprise as the managed workspace provider looks to strengthen its enterprise business and expand its presence across India’s flexible office market.
The appointment comes as enterprises continue increasing adoption of flexible, technology-enabled and managed office solutions amid changing workplace requirements and hybrid work models. In his new role, Ghoshal will lead enterprise growth strategy, client partnerships, strategic revenue initiatives and market expansion efforts for the company.
Incuspaze said Ghoshal will focus on scaling enterprise operations and strengthening the company’s leadership position in managed and flexible workspace solutions. The company is also targeting an overall revenue milestone of Rs 1,000 crore by FY 2028–29 as it expands its enterprise portfolio.
Ghoshal brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise business development, strategic sales, customer relationship management and commercial real estate advisory. Over the years, he has worked with multinational companies, large enterprises and emerging businesses on workplace strategy and office expansion requirements.
Before joining Incuspaze, Ghoshal held leadership positions at Redbricks, Smartworks and Regus, where he worked on enterprise leasing mandates, strategic account management and business expansion initiatives across multiple markets.
The development reflects increasing competition in India’s managed workspace sector, where operators are expanding enterprise-focused offerings as demand rises from large corporates looking for scalable and flexible office infrastructure. Companies in the segment are also increasingly investing in technology integration, employee experience and customized workspace solutions to attract enterprise clients.
Incuspaze has been expanding its footprint across major business hubs in India while strengthening its managed office and flexible workspace portfolio targeted at startups, SMEs and enterprise clients.
