IndiGo has expanded the benefits of its BluChip loyalty programme through a new partnership with Commbitz, enabling members to earn rewards on international eSIM purchases. Under the collaboration, customers will receive 30 IndiGo BluChips for every Rs 100 spent on eligible Commbitz eSIM plans.
The partnership is aimed at international travellers looking for convenient mobile connectivity without relying on physical SIM cards or expensive roaming services. Customers can activate an eSIM before or during their trip while simultaneously earning loyalty rewards that can be used within the IndiGo ecosystem.
How The IndiGo BluChip And Commbitz Partnership Works
To earn BluChips, customers need to purchase an eligible eSIM through the Commbitz platform and enter their nine-digit IndiGo BluChip membership ID during checkout. Once the purchase is completed and the eSIM is activated, the corresponding BluChips are credited to the member’s account in accordance with the programme terms.
The offer allows travellers to accumulate rewards on international connectivity expenses in addition to the BluChips they may earn on flight bookings and selected IndiGo add-on services. IndiGo has also introduced an online earnings calculator to help members estimate their annual BluChip rewards based on their monthly Commbitz spending.
