Ankit Gupta has joined Jubilant Pharmova as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he will oversee the company’s corporate finance, financial leadership and strategic growth initiatives. Gupta announced the development through an update in the experience section of his LinkedIn profile.
Gupta joined Jubilant Pharmova in May 2026 after spending nearly five years at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals across senior finance and strategy roles. Most recently, he served as Group Vice President and CFO for the Global Formulations Business from April 2025 to April 2026 after previously working as Group Vice President for Strategy and Investor Relations from May 2021 to March 2025.
Prior to Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Gupta spent more than eight years at Moelis & Company across multiple investment banking leadership positions. He served as Executive Director from January 2018 to May 2021 after earlier holding the roles of Vice President and Associate, advising on capital markets and merger and acquisition transactions.
Before that, he worked at Violet Arch as Associate Vice President from May 2012 to December 2012 and at UBS Investment Bank as Associate Director from May 2008 to May 2012, where he worked on fundraising and M&A transactions across the technology and consumer sectors.
Before that, Gupta was associated with Infosys as Software Engineer from September 2004 to May 2006, supporting offshore project coordination and production support operations.
