Kelvinator India has launched an outdoor campaign featuring a 3D hoarding built around the message ‘Summer Paused,’ highlighting its air conditioner range during the peak summer season. The installation is currently live in Kolkata and is expected to expand to Ahmedabad and Mangalore.
The hoarding uses a large-scale 3D setup where a frost covered figure climbs into a billboard space designed to appear fully cooled. Inside the frame, a split AC unit is shown cooling the environment, with a snowman seated comfortably, while icicles extend beyond the edges of the structure. The visual is built around the headline ‘Summer Paused,’ with ‘Heavy Duty Cooling’ reinforcing the product message.
The campaign focuses on high visibility outdoor locations during a period when air conditioner advertising is highly competitive. The design extends beyond the billboard frame, aiming to create a more noticeable physical presence and encourage passersby to engage and capture the installation.
The rollout reflects a broader approach where outdoor formats are being used not just for visibility but also for on ground engagement and digital sharing. The campaign aligns with Kelvinator’s positioning around cooling performance, while also targeting consumers looking for a combination of functionality and design in summer appliances.
