Ankit Jain has joined Nykaa as Head of Nykaa Now Business and Executive Vice President (EVP), Supply Chain, where he will lead the company’s quick commerce business and beauty supply chain operations.

He joined Nykaa in July 2026 after serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Instamart from May 2025 to July 2026.
Prior to Instamart, Jain spent nearly six years at Flipkart across multiple leadership positions. He served as Senior Vice President and Head of Grocery and Large Supply Chain and Ekart Design from October 2024 to May 2025, Senior Vice President Planning, Grocery and Supply Chain Design from July 2024 to October 2024.
Senior Vice President Planning and Design at Flipkart and Myntra from April 2023 to July 2024, and Vice President Planning and Supply Chain Design for Flipkart and Myntra from September 2019 to March 2023.
Before that, Jain spent more than 14 years at Unilever across a range of supply chain, manufacturing and planning leadership roles. He served as General Manager, Demand Planning and Planning Excellence from January 2018 to August 2019, Director Logistics and Warehousing from December 2016 to January 2018.
