Oberoi Realty has released a brand film offering a closer look at ‘Three Sixty West’, presenting the concept and development behind one of India’s high-end residential projects. The film reflects the project’s positioning through a restrained and detail-oriented narrative.

The film focuses on key aspects of Three Sixty West, including its location, views, residential design, and overall living experience. It outlines the broader vision and execution that helped shape the development into a prominent luxury address.

Situated in Worli, Mumbai, Three Sixty West is a mixed-use project in which residential spaces are complemented by hospitality services from The Ritz-Carlton. The development has become a notable addition to Mumbai’s skyline, aligning with the city’s evolving global real estate profile.

The brand film also presents the residential experience at Three Sixty West, highlighting features such as sea-facing views, structured layouts, amenities, and the integration of hotel-managed services. It underscores the focus on design, planning, and execution across the project.

Sarina Menezes, Senior Vice President – Marketing & Corporate Communication, “Three Sixty West is defined by a sense of discretion and exclusivity, and we have been intentional about how we have communicated the brand story over the years, thus making it a landmark today.”

She further added, “As Three Sixty West’s first official film, this is an opportunity to share the thought and the design thinking behind what it has become today.  With the homes now occupied and experienced as it was envisioned, we believe this is the right moment to present it to a wider audience.”
