QUE Universe has launched its latest brand campaign, ‘Romanticising Indian Everyday,’ marking a new chapter in its brand communication with a culture-first, community-driven storytelling approach. Inspired by 90s nostalgia, the campaign celebrates the small, unhurried moments of everyday Indian life while moving away from conventional product-focused marketing.

Rather than placing eyewear at the centre of its communication, the new campaign embraces editorial-style storytelling, allowing the brand’s sunglasses to appear organically within authentic, relatable experiences. Through this approach, QUE Universe aims to build a stronger emotional connection with its audience by highlighting culture, fashion, and community over direct product promotion.

The campaign is built around five recurring storytelling themes—The Indian It-Girl, The Indian It-Boy, Nostalgia Unlocked, Culture Chapter, and Fashion Language. These narratives draw inspiration from flea markets, film cameras, cassette tapes, old Bollywood posters, local markets, artisans, festival lights, and personal style, creating a visual language rooted in nostalgia while remaining contemporary.

Commenting on the campaign, Shashank Saurabh, Co-Founder and CEO, QUE Universe, said, “QUE was never built to be known simply as a premium sunglasses brand or an affordable luxury label. We’re building a community of people who find beauty in the ordinary and romanticise everyday life. This campaign is our way of celebrating the moments in India’s culture that define our lives but rarely make it into brand communication. Whether it’s a quiet chai break, an afternoon in a college canteen, discovering a forgotten cassette, or wandering through a local market, these experiences belong to all of us. We want our audience to see themselves in these stories first, and our eyewear naturally finds its place within them.”
