Ranbir Kapoor Turns ‘Vibologist’ In Ledure Lightings’ New TVC Campaign

Ledure Lightings Ltd has launched a new television commercial (TVC) featuring its brand ambassador Ranbir Kapoor, aiming to start a cultural conversation around the transformative power of lighting in everyday spaces.

The campaign marks a significant step for the brand as it moves beyond traditional product communication to focus on how lighting shapes mood, ambience, and overall living experiences.

Built around the message “Lights Change, Toh Vibe Change,” the campaign addresses a common consumer behaviour, people often spend heavily on interiors, décor and furniture while overlooking the role of lighting in defining a space’s character.

In the TVC, Ranbir Kapoor appears as “The Vibologist,” a quirky and authoritative character who has the ability to hear and feel inanimate objects. Using this unusual power, he audits living spaces and identifies lighting issues with wit and humour. The film dramatises how poorly lit environments, dark corners, harsh shadows and uncomfortable illumination can create emotional discomfort, while the right lighting solutions can instantly transform the mood of a room.

Sharing his vision for Ledure’s next growth chapter, Ankit Gupta, Director, Ledure Lightings Limited, emphasised the brand’s strategic shift towards deeper consumer connection.

“Lighting plays a crucial role in giving a space the right character and identity it truly owns, however, this remains the most ignored part while planning a home or any commercial space. Before any innovation in the industry, incandescent lamps and Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) were commonly used to illuminate spaces leaving very limited scope to explore and experiment.”

Further highlighting the thought behind the campaign, Gupta noted how the tagline reflects the brand’s broader message.

“Lights Change, Toh Vibe Change,” he said, triggers the unavoidable question about the role of perfect lighting helping transform spaces. He also highlighted how Ranbir’s contagious energy and his ability to combine humour with relatability help turn the campaign concept into a compelling narrative.

The campaign showcases several real-life scenarios across different parts of a home including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge areas demonstrating how the brand’s lighting solutions can alter the ambience of each space.
