Rosier Foods has raised fresh investment from Aman Gupta through SailThru Ventures, marking a new phase of growth for the premium staples brand. The company, founded by Gaurav Taneja along with Ankur Tyagi and Sumit Mishra, operates in the health and wellness food segment with a focus on traditional, clean label products.
The brand’s portfolio is centred around A2 Gir cow ghee and other pantry essentials such as raw honey and Amlaprash. Its products are positioned around traditional preparation methods, including the bilona process, and a farm to table sourcing model that emphasises traceability and quality control.
The investment comes at a time when India’s natural and organic foods market is expanding rapidly, supported by increasing consumer preference for minimally processed and functionally beneficial products. Categories such as A2 dairy and Ayurvedic formulations are seeing accelerated growth, creating opportunities for brands operating in the premium wellness space.
Rosier Foods has reported an annual revenue run rate of around INR 100 crore and is targeting INR 150 crore by FY27. The company is currently operating at a net profit margin of 5 to 6 percent, indicating a focus on sustainable growth alongside scale.
The fresh capital will be used to strengthen sourcing and supply chain operations, expand farmer partnerships and support brand building initiatives. The company is also looking to invest in product development and expand its presence across high growth wellness categories, while continuing to scale its direct to consumer channel.
Through its model, Rosier Foods aims to build a more integrated ecosystem connecting farmers and consumers, while supporting indigenous cattle breeds and ensuring consistent product quality.
Aman Gupta said, “Consumers today are increasingly conscious about what they consume, and brands like Rosier Foods are addressing this shift with authenticity and purpose. Their focus on Vedic processes, quality sourcing, and farmer empowerment makes this a compelling opportunity. Through SailThru Ventures, we are excited to partner with Rosier Foods as they scale and build a trusted nutrition brand.”
Gaurav Taneja, Sumit Mishra and Ankur Tyagi, Co-founders, Rosier Foods, said, “Our vision with Rosier Foods is to bring back the purity and nutritional richness of traditional Indian foods while building a brand rooted in quality, transparency, and farmer welfare. This partnership with Aman Gupta and SailThru Ventures strengthens our mission to scale responsibly, expand our reach, and create a meaningful impact while staying true to our roots.”
