Swiggy is giving Dineout a refreshed brand identity as it looks to build a more distinct presence in India’s growing dining-out category.
The platform will continue to be called Dineout for consumers, while the Swiggy logo will remain part of its identity. The change is aimed at making Dineout’s positioning clearer while retaining its association with Swiggy.
As part of the refresh, Dineout has introduced a compact, lowercase “d” logo designed to work more prominently across app icons, screens and other brand touchpoints. The identity also retains a subtle Swiggy pin, while fresh mint has been introduced as the primary colour.
The refreshed branding will roll out across Dineout’s external channels, including its social media accounts, in-app communication and customer-facing touchpoints.
The identity refresh comes alongside Dineout’s ongoing Great Indian Restaurant Festival (GIRF). This year, the festival has been reworked as The Great Indian Ravi Festival, with actor Ravi Kishan as the face of the campaign.
Built around the line “Discount Followsss My Brothaaaar,” the festival will run until October 24, 2026. It offers discounts of up to 50% across more than 57,000 restaurants in over 84 cities in India.
Speaking on the brand refresh, Mayur Hola, Head of Brand, Swiggy, said, “Dineout is a big part of the dining and FnB ecosystem in India, and the new identity reflects that evolution. Moving from Swiggy Dineout to Dineout gives the brand a sharper, more distinctive identity, while retaining the Swiggy S pin as a mark of the trust and experience behind it.”
Hefurther added, “The new green identity reflects our growing ambition in dining out and the opportunity ahead for Dineout to build a category-defining brand for India’s vibrant and evolving food and dining culture.”
